Project Introduction
Laramie County Community College (LCCC) is bound by a basic understanding that their students, regardless of how they arrive at LCCC, yearn for a better life by engaging in the process of higher education.

the challenge
LCCC needed to align their messaging and campaigns to reflect the new realities of higher education that 2020 COVID introduced. “Find your path” was already a familiar call to action for LCCC. We also knew that the requirements of this new campaign included a focus on safety in the midst of change.
The solution
I helped build an awareness campaign reaching four distinct audiences across five regions around Cheyenne. My work included messaging and design for direct mailers and traditional media, plus digital assets for LCCC's marketing vendor. To bring the campaign to life, I also helped direct a video following two students on different paths — one attending classes on campus, the other studying from home — to show that LCCC could meet students wherever they were.
Targeted Audience
Since LCCC serves such a wide range of students, we shaped the messaging around one core idea — that LCCC is a safe place to find your path — while adjusting tone and imagery for each audience segment. The taglines and visuals stayed consistent in feel, but flexible enough to speak directly to the different life stages and backgrounds of LCCC’s prospective students.

Talon Magazine
Talon is basically a recap of the year for the students, faculty, and investors. It highlights all the cool events and stories that took place at LCCC. Each page has a unique style and can look completely unique.
the result
A well-rounded campaign that targeted any kind of student no matter their background and story. We told a cohesive story of how anyone can fulfill their dreams of higher education at LCCC.
