Project Introduction

The Wyoming Primary Care Association supports community health centers across the state, giving Wyoming residents — no matter their zip code or income — a path to primary care, dental care, and maternal health services.

the challenge

WYPCA speaks to a wide range of people: healthcare workers, policymakers, and rural community members alike. Their brand and website needed to feel like one cohesive voice while still landing clearly with each of those very different audiences.

The solution

I aimed for a brand that felt simple and approachable rather than clinical. Soft colors, open and friendly typography, and a visual language built around trust and care rather than sterility.

Anniversary Logo

I also created a celebratory 30th Anniversary logo for WYPCA using the new brand attributes. This incorporated elements of the new brand design to make it all have a cohesive feel.

Website Design

I created a website focused on user experience, clear communication from WYPCA to their audiences, and providing information in accessible and engaging ways on a platform that feels like it was built specifically to serve the people of Wyoming by putting their health first.

Screenshot of a website page for the Uniform Data System, featuring a header, images of happy families and healthcare workers, and sections describing how the system tracks health center data, patient outcomes, and services.
A website dashboard displays nine categorized resource cards, including Reporting Requirements, Staffing & Utilization, Clinical Care, Financials, Additional Topics, Appendices, System Resources, Training Materials, and Data Resources, above a footer.

the result

Through updating WYPCA’s overarching messaging and branding we created a brand that clearly states their purpose: helping clinics thrive so people can, too.
